• The Café-Couette.com Web site let owners of bed & breakfast register their B&B for free on our directory, and the travelers do research for free in that directory.
  
  
• Since the service is free, it is not possible for us to give phone support to its users, but you can get support by filling up the form below.
  
  
• On the main page of the site, you can click the purple tabs, each one will open a different Web page. If you click on the tab called "ABOUT US..." you will see the philosophy and history of the site.
  
  
• Our Web site put together owners of bed & breakfast and travelers. Our Company does not interfere in the process and we do not take reservation nor do we execute manual researches.
  Since we are receiving a lot of request for that service we are examining the possibility of offering it. Come back see us in a near future.
  
  
• We do not distribute a paper list of bed & breakfasts. This directory in meant to be interactive and is updated regularly, that is why it is only accessible via this Web site.

2 - KNOWN PROBLEMS AND RESOLUTIONS...


• To do a search click on the tab called "SEARCH" on the main page. Then enter the name of the town you are looking for in the empty white box of step #2. Then click the button called "CLICK HERE" of step #4
  
  
• After that, if you do not get any result on the screen, it is possible that no B&B from that town has registered yet. Come back see us often, we are in the process of recruiting B&B right now.
  
  
• If you would like to validate if your browser is processing well the search function, enter the word "EXAMPLE" as a town's name, and you should get an example of bed & breakfast as a result.
  
  
• If you try to change the language on the main page, and the language stays the same, it is because the cookies are not enabled in your browser. That function is using a cookie, so you need to enable that function in your browser's configuration.
